If you cancel up to one month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. After that, we are unable to offer any refunds. This policy helps us honor the commitment to our facilitators, venue, and the integrity of the experience.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance so we can update the participant details accordingly.

All the rooms share the same cozy, spacious vibe. Some have private bathrooms, while others have shared bathrooms (one bathroom for every 2-3 rooms). Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you have a preference, we recommend booking early!

Yes, your gathering package includes three organic vegetarian meals per day. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and support your journey, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

No, transportation to the venue is not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Hotel Balance in Les Granges. However, we can help connect you with others for carpooling if needed.

We recommend packing the following essentials for your gathering experience:

• Layers to adapt to changing temperatures

The village's small size suggests limited banking facilities. For convenience, it's advisable to bring some cash. Alternatively, nearby towns like Salvan or Martigny may have ATMs. 

Absolutely! The Sacred Sequence gathering is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced facilitators will guide and adapt the sessions to meet you where you are, making sure you have a meaningful and fulfilling experience.

Of course! If they’d like to join without participating in the yoga sessions, we’ll adjust the pricing to reflect that. Just let us know when you register, and we’ll make it happen.

No, we unfortunately won't be able to have kids in this experience.

For medical services, the nearest healthcare facility is the Hospital of Martigny, located approximately 15 kilometers (about a 20-minute drive) from Les Granges. This hospital offers a range of medical services and emergency care.
