1. Participation & Eligibility
 

  • You must be at least 18 years old to attend.

  • You participate in all workshops, ceremonies, and activities at your own risk. Please listen to your body and only engage in what feels safe and supportive to you.
     

2. Code of Conduct
 

We create a sacred, respectful, and inclusive space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or behavior that disrupts the group harmony will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate without refund.
 

3. Accommodation & Meals
 

Your ticket includes accommodation and meals as described on the website. Any extras or personal purchases are your responsibility.
 

4. Travel & Insurance
 

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and insurance. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, and accidents.

5. Photography & Media
 

Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and for this content to be used for promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to appear in any media.
 

6. Schedule Changes
 

We reserve the right to modify the schedule, facilitators, or location if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the quality and intention of the retreat.

REFUND POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we've created a fair cancellation policy.
 

1. If You Cancel

  • If you cancel up to one month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. After that, we are unable to offer any refunds. This policy helps us honor the commitment to our facilitators, venue, and the integrity of the experience.
     

2. If We Cancel

If we are forced to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, facilitator illness, or legal restrictions), you will receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred outside of the retreat ticket.
